"Moving so much better, just focusing on one cue at a time"
I was struggling to see progress and would hit a plateau when training by myself. I had a new job and internship meaning I had little time to plan or train consistently. Plus when it came to things like weightlifting, I didn't have the required knowledge to teach myself to get better.
Given the training time constraints we worked on focusing on specific movements which I struggled with, looking at the quality of movement rather than doing endless reps. On top of this one of the things we worked on was trusting the process and staying accountable for sticking to my programme.
I managed to improve my strength numbers and fitness scores by 30-40% in 12 weeks. The training was structured and more efficient meaning I could achieve my goals whilst working 50 hour weeks, only doing 45-60 minute training sessions 4x per week.
